Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Parts Person/Service Writer to join our team. Write detailed service orders and estimates using estimating software, clearly communicating repair procedures and costs to clients Upsell additional services or parts that enhance boat safety, performance, or longevity while maintaining integrity and transparency Manage parts inventory levels, order supplies as needed, and verify incoming shipments for accuracy Collaborate with technicians to understand repair requirements and ensure timely parts availability for service appointments Handle cash transactions accurately and maintain precise records of sales and customer interactions Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries professionally, explaining repair options clearly, and following up on service progress Qualifications Proven experience in service management background preferred Familiarity with estimating software and computer-aided vehicle damage estimating tools Excellent communication skills for client interaction and team collaboration Ability to upsell effectively while maintaining ethical standards and customer trust Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Customer-focused attitude with strong sales skills and mechanical aptitude Join us to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to delivering outstanding automotive care!
