In this flexible role, you will provide specialized physical therapy services across diverse settings, including outpatient clinics, inpatient hospitals, and home health environments. Your dedication to patient care, combined with your clinical skills and collaborative spirit, will help patients regain mobility, reduce pain, and improve their quality of life. This position offers the opportunity to work independently while contributing to a supportive healthcare community committed to excellence. Responsibilities
  • Conduct initial patient evaluations and assess functional limitations.
  • Develop and update individualized treatment plans.
  • Provide physical therapy treatment and patient education.
  • Monitor progress and complete reevaluations and discharge assessments.
  • Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation.
  • Collaborate with the clinical team to support coordinated care. Qualifications
  • Current Kentucky Physical Therapist license.
  • Strong clinical assessment, treatment-planning, and communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain thorough, timely documentation.
  • A dependable, professional, patient-centered approach.
  • Strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, and clinical procedures relevant to physiotherapy practice.
Proficiency in managing electronic health records (EHR) and EMR systems with attention to detail in physical therapy documentation. Excellent client communication skills to explain treatment options clearly and foster patient engagement. Experience working with geriatric patients and familiarity with home health or home & community care environments. Ability to adapt quickly in fast-paced settings while maintaining high standards of patient care and safety standards compliance. $60 per hour.
  • Therapists covering both locations receive the same hourly rate for the additional hours worked, increasing their total weekly earnings.
