Provision of quality physical therapy care within the PT scope of practice in accordance with established standards of practice and departmental procedures Evaluation and identification of patients who qualify for services Therapeutic intervention to all qualified patients Establishment of short-term goals, long-term goals within the treatment plan Completion of all documentation in a timely manner Possibly supervision of Physical Therapy Assistants Qualifications Able to work independently Licensed Physical Therapist in the

State of Kentucky Previous Home Health Experience Job Type:
