Job Description

Physical Therapist (PT) | Full-Time, Part-Time or PRN | Outpatient | 649 Meyers Baker Rd, Suite 102, London, KY 40741 Join H2 Health as a Physical Therapist (PT) in London, Kentucky. We're welcoming Full-Time, Part-Time, and PRN candidates, including new graduates. Our Full-Time outpatient clinicians generally target approximately 10-12 patient visits per day, with strong administrative support and access to Scribe AI-powered documentation technology to help reduce documentation burden. At H2 Health - London, you'll work with a diverse general outpatient population and provide individualized care focused on mobility, strength, balance, function, and return to activity. The clinic also offers services including balance and dizziness rehabilitation and dry needling, giving clinicians opportunities to work across a variety of rehabilitation needs. Your Role Evaluate patients and develop individualized, evidence-based plans of care Provide therapeutic exercise, neuromuscular re-education, manual interventions, and functional training Help patients improve mobility, strength, balance, and functional independence Educate patients on recovery, movement, injury prevention, and home exercise programs Collaborate with clinicians and support staff to deliver coordinated care

Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation Requirements Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree or equivalent legacy degree (MSPT/MPT/BPT) from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program Current Kentucky Physical Therapist license or eligibility for licensure CPR certification, if applicable Strong communication and collaboration skills Commitment to patient-centered care

New graduates are welcome; outpatient experience is not required
