We are a locally owned practice focused on providing personalized, hands-on care in a supportive and collaborative environment. We're looking for a therapist who enjoys working with people, takes pride in excellent patient care, and wants to continue developing as a clinician. New graduates and experienced therapists are encouraged to apply. For new graduates, we provide structured mentorship and hands-on clinical training. • Licensed or license-eligible Physical Therapist
• Interest in outpatient orthopedics and sports medicine

Schedule & Work-Life Balance This is a full-time, 40-hour-per-week position with flexibility in how those hours are structured. Daily hours can be negotiated, allowing for a combination of longer and shorter workdays rather than requiring a traditional five-day, eight-hour schedule. Dedicated documentation time is built into the workday.
