In this role, you will be working off-campus supporting students in our local public school districts in the Merrimack Valley and Essex County areas. Travel to and from programs will be required.
Job Responsibilities:
Provide indirect and direct PT services for students with disabilities in individual, small group, or classroom settingsAttend and participate in IEP meetings and develop IEPsFollow documented treatment plans and submit service delivery logs for direct servicesPrepare regular progress notes of student progress towards IEP goals and objectivesAttend and participate in team meetings monthly with other related service providersProvide consultation and training to school staffOther duties as assigned Per Diem rate based on the following Salary Range @ 184 days: $54987-$116598
