Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate students' physical therapy needs and develop individualized goals as part of the IEP process.
- Assess and recommend adaptive equipment and mobility aids to support student functioning.
- Fit NEC adaptive equipment and train staff in proper and safe usage.
- Collaborate with clinical teams and classroom staff to support integrated therapy approaches.
- Participate in wheelchair and orthotic clinics; offer professional input on orthotic interventions.
- Document student progress and revise therapy plans as necessary.
- Stay up to date with current research and best practices in physical therapy.
- Participate in professional development and departmental planning meetings.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Physical Therapy.
- Massachusetts State License in Physical Therapy.
- Experience working with students with special needs is preferred.
- Demonstrated collaboration, flexibility, and problem-solving skills.

Working Conditions
This position follows the terms outlined in the Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA).
