Key Qualifications:

Current, active physical therapy license/certification in Massachusetts Demonstrated experience in a school-based setting Priority consideration for fully credentialed candidates Familiarity with PT interventions tailored for preschool and elementary populations Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, educators, and families Must be able to complete CORI background check and provide fingerprints prior to start Committed to delivering compassionate, student-centered care Excellent communication, organizational, and documentation skills

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

Provide direct PT services to preschoolers and elementary students onsite Conduct assessments and contribute to individualized education plans Develop and implement therapy plans to enhance students' functional mobility and independence Monitor, document, and report on student progress Communicate goals and strategies with teaching staff and families Adapt interventions based on ongoing data collection Attend meetings and trainings as required by the district This role provides the chance to build lasting relationships within the school community while gaining valuable experience in pediatric therapy.
