Physical Therapist (PT) - $83K-$105K | No Home VIsits | Braintree, MA Tired of driving between patients all day? This role is 100% facility-based — one location, one team, zero windshield time.
A typical day:
6-8 patients, all under one roof, with full clinical autonomy and a dedicated support team behind you. Stern at Home Therapy is hiring a full-time, Part-time, or PRN Physical Therapist (PT) to provide one-on-one care at an established Adult Day Center in Braintree, MA . What You'll Do As a Physical Therapist with Stern at Home Therapy, you will evaluate and treat adult participants in a multidisciplinary Adult Day Health Center. You'll collaborate with nursing, social work, activity staff, and other healthcare professionals to help participants improve mobility, reduce fall risk, and maximize their independence.
Responsibilities include:
Perform physical therapy evaluations and develop individualized plans of care. Provide one-on-one physical therapy treatments within the Adult Day Health Center. Address balance, gait, strength, endurance, transfers, functional mobility, and fall prevention. Recommend assistive devices and mobility equipment when appropriate. Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation. Communicate with physicians, caregivers, family members, and the interdisciplinary care team. Collaborate with Adult Day Health Center staff to provide exceptional participant-centered care. Compensation Per-visit rates available upon request — most full-time clinicians earn $83K-$100K , with top earners reaching $120K.

Experience in geriatrics, adult day health, home health, outpatient, or skilled nursing is preferred but not required.
