Required Qualifications Physical Therapist, Acute Experience:
2 years PT-MA(Copy needed)
Certifications:
BLS-AHA(Copy needed)
Float:
Could rotate the floor and patient assignment determined at orientation based on candidate experience and comfort, most likely will float to Med Surg, Ortho, ED, or Step Down dependant on skillset.

Should not be more than 30 days of gap in
References:
1 Reference in entire work history Level 1 trauma experience OR High Acuity Facility experience required. 2+ years inpatient PT required.
