• Salary:
• $100,000
• 115,000 annually + $5K Sign On Bonus!
• Schedule:
• Monday-Friday (no weekends or holidays)
• Territory:
• Cambridge/Somerville/Arlington/Watertown
• Weekends, Holidays and On-Call:
• None required Final compensation is negotiable within the posted range and based on experience, education, qualifications and internal equity.

• + Complete comprehensive evaluations in each patient's home + Develop treatment plans centered around meaningful, functional goals + Help patients improve strength, balance, mobility and overall safety + Support recovery following surgery, illness, injury or hospitalization + Teach patients and caregivers how to use exercises and equipment safely + Identify fall risks and recommend strategies for a safer home environment + Monitor progress and adjust therapy plans as patient needs change + Collaborate with nurses, physicians, therapists and clinical leadership + Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation •_Your Qualifications_•+ Graduate of an American Physical Therapy Association-approved program + Current, unrestricted Massachusetts Physical Therapist license + Valid driver's license, reliable transportation and current auto insurance + Ability and willingness to travel throughout territory + Strong clinical judgment, communication and time-management skills + Ability to work independently while remaining connected to a collaborative team + Sit, stand, bend, lift and move intermittently and be able to lift 50-100 lbs.
