Qualifications:

Active Physical Therapist (PT) or Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license in Massachusetts Previous experience in school-based or pediatric therapy preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Commitment to evidence-based, student-centered care Ability to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team

Responsibilities:

Assess and provide therapeutic interventions to students with a variety of physical challenges Develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with teachers, families, and staff Monitor and document student progress, maintaining accurate records Educate staff and families on best practices to support student mobility and participation Attend team meetings and contribute to Individualized Education Program (IEP) development Adapt therapy sessions for optimal effectiveness in the school setting This contract position begins ASAP and runs through January 2027.
