Full Job Description Role Overview:
This position involves organizing and delivering physical therapy programs to aid patient rehabilitation, restore function, and promote independence. The therapist develops individualized treatment plans, conducts assessments, and utilizes evidence-based techniques to achieve optimal outcomes. They supervise support staff, document care accurately, and collaborate with the care team to ensure high-quality, compassionate service.
Key Responsibilities:
Assess patients, set measurable goals, and implement tailored therapy interventions. Design and fit adaptive devices, instruct clients in mobility skills, and evaluate progress. Consult with team members to determine appropriate treatment regimens. Supervise supportive personnel and contribute to staff training. Maintain thorough documentation, adhere to policies, and participate in quality improvement. Ensure patient safety, demonstrate professionalism, and uphold confidentiality.
Qualifications & Skills:
