We are excited to expand our pelvic health services and are seeking a compassionate and motivated Pelvic Floor Physical Therapist to join our established outpatient practice. Position Summary The Pelvic Floor Physical Therapist will evaluate and treat patients with pelvic health conditions while having the opportunity to help develop and grow our pelvic floor rehabilitation program. This position is ideal for a therapist who values privacy, individualized treatment, clinical independence, and sufficient time with each patient. Responsibilities Perform comprehensive pelvic health evaluations Develop individualized, evidence-based plans of care Provide appropriate manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, neuromuscular reeducation, and patient education Maintain patient privacy, comfort, dignity, and informed consent throughout treatment Track patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed Complete clinical documentation accurately and efficiently Communicate and collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals Educate patients regarding pelvic health, symptom management, and functional independence Assist with developing pelvic health services and community referral relationships Treat general orthopedic conditions when appropriate Qualifications Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program Current Massachusetts Physical Therapy license, or evidence of submission of a complete and accepted application for licensure Pelvic health training or experience strongly preferred Candidates currently completing pelvic health continuing education may also be considered Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to discuss sensitive health concerns with compassion and professionalism Commitment to patient privacy, informed consent, and trauma-informed care Ability to work independently and collaboratively Outpatient experience preferred Schedule and Work Environment Full-time or part-time opportunities available Full-time schedule: 40 hours per week Flexible scheduling may be available No weekends or holidays Half-day Fridays for full-time employees In-person outpatient clinic setting Compensation and Benefits We offer competitive compensation and a strong benefits package for eligible employees, including: Full-time salary: $85,000-$105,000 per year Four weeks of paid vacation Nine paid holidays per year, including the day after the Super Bowl Health, dental, and vision insurance Health savings account 401(k) with 3% company match Bonus opportunities Paid orientation and mentoring Continuing education support APTA membership reimbursement Quarterly in-house education series Paid team-building events, including Topgolf, Red Sox game, and bowling Starbucks Fridays Ready for a Positive Change?
