Job Description

Exciting Opportunity for Physical Therapists - Consultant or Part-Time Position Available! We are looking for a passionate Physical Therapists (Part-Time/Consultant) to become part of our dedicated team at Berkshire Meadows ! Our program offers services within a residential, special education, and day habilitation setting to children and adults with severe developmental disabilities, including substantial cognitive, physical, and medical disabilities. Compensation The pay range for this position is $45.00 to $50.00 per hour . The listed range reflects what we reasonably and in good faith expect to pay for this role at the time of posting the position. The actual compensation an employee is offered may vary based on several factors such as experience, education, licensure, certifications and qualifications. This range may be modified in the future. In this role, you will: Oversee direct PT services and consultations for a special needs population with complex special needs and chronic health issues Perform evaluations and formulate individualized Education Programs (IEPs) Initial and on-going assessments Timely and accurate documentation Works cooperatively with an interdisciplinary team
Requirements:
Must be 21 years or older.
Education:
BS, MSPT, DPT.
License/Certification:
PT in the State of MA. Recent graduates are encouraged to apply! Applicant must be positive, energetic, flexible, and a team player that can complement Berkshire Meadows' amazing culture.
