Required Skills:
Valid and active Physical Therapist licensure in Massachusetts Proven experience in physical therapy, especially in long-term care or rehabilitation settings Strong knowledge of clinical assessment tools and evidence-based intervention techniques Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members Ability to develop, implement, and adjust individualized care plans Proficient in electronic medical records documentation and regulatory compliance Nice to
Have Skills:
Experience supervising Physical Therapist Assistants, aides, or students Familiarity with wound care, assistive device training, and manual therapy techniques Bilingual abilities or additional language skills are a plus
Preferred Education and Experience:
Bachelor s or Master s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program At least 1-2 years of clinical experience in a long-term care or similar environment
Other Requirements:
