Job Description Lead day-to-day field operations for commercial construction projects ranging from $2M-$20M. Manage project schedules, subcontractors, quality standards, safety requirements, and site logistics. Coordinate closely with project management teams, clients, architects, and trade partners to ensure successful project delivery. Oversee projects within hospitality, retail, automotive, academic, life sciences, corporate interiors, and related sectors. Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company standards on-site. Monitor project progress and proactively identify solutions to maintain schedules and budgets. Report directly to a Senior Superintendent and collaborate with leadership on project execution strategies. Support the successful delivery of a growing pipeline of projects throughout Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Rhode Island, and Connecticut. The Successful Applicant Must-Have Qualifications 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent within commercial construction. Experience managing ground-up and/or renovation projects valued between $2M-$20M. Strong project backgrounds in hospitality, retail, automotive, or similar commercial sectors. Demonstrated job stability and strong career tenure. Active Massachusetts Construction Supervisor License (CSL). OSHA 30 certification. Ability and willingness to travel throughout New England for project assignments. Must reside within or be commutable to the North Shore, Southern New Hampshire, or Southern Maine regions. Preferred Qualifications LEED Accredited Professional (LEED AP) certification. Experience working on automotive dealership projects. Exposure to hospitality construction and tenant improvement projects. Experience on defense-related or highly regulated construction projects.
