This engaging role starts December 1, 2026, and runs through April 6, 2026.

Key Qualifications:

Current, active Physical Therapy license in the state of Massachusetts Previous experience in a school-based or pediatric setting is highly desirable Strong communication skills to collaborate with educators, families, and support staff Ability to adapt therapeutic strategies to diverse student needs Organized, self-motivated, and passionate about making a difference

Responsibilities:

Deliver evidence-based physical therapy services in accordance with IEP goals and school policy Provide coverage for 3 days at the local district and 2 days at the community school Assess, develop, and implement individual treatment plans for students (age group and caseload to be determined) Maintain accurate and timely documentation for student progress and compliance Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, educators, and families to support student success Enjoy highly competitive compensation, with weekly pay falling naturally in the range of $50$57 per hour, and a full-time schedule of 5 days a week.
