  • 60/hour We are looking for a PRN Physical Therapist (PT) to provide skilled rehabilitation services to residents in our Lowell location.
Enjoy scheduling flexibility while making a meaningful impact on resident mobility and independence.
What You'll Do:
Perform physical therapy evaluations and establish individualized plans of care Provide skilled interventions focused on mobility, strength, balance, gait, and functional performance Monitor resident outcomes and modify treatment plans when appropriate Educate residents and caregivers on mobility and safety strategies Work collaboratively with PTAs, nursing, and other rehabilitation professionals Complete required clinical documentation
Qualifications:
Active Massachusetts Physical Therapist license required Strong clinical assessment and communication skills Skilled nursing or post-acute care experience preferred Flexible PRN schedule
