Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. Key Qualifications:
Active Massachusetts Physical Therapy Licensure required Prior experience in a school-based physical therapy setting preferred Ability to develop and implement Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals Strong communication and collaboration skills Comfortable working as part of an interdisciplinary team
Role Responsibilities:
Deliver direct physical therapy services to students in accordance with IEPs Assess and document students' physical and functional skills Recommend and implement adaptive equipment and accommodations Consult with educators, families, and support staff to ensure student success Maintain accurate records and progress reports Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student progress planning Work on-site for 12 hours per week, spread across 4 days, from July 12th to August 13th, 2026 Enjoy a comprehensive benefits package designed to support your well-being and financial security, including highly competitive compensation, weekly pay, and robust insurance options covering medical, dental, vision, and life.
