Administer procedures such as manual techniques, therapeutic exercises, modalities, ambulation, and use of supportive devices. Assess patient progress and communicate updates and treatment adjustments to supervising therapists. Document all treatments, patient responses, and outcomes accurately in electronic records. Counsel patients and their families regarding treatment plans and progress. Participate in team meetings, care conferences, and ongoing training. Support and supervise students as applicable. Adhere to all regulatory requirements and ethical standards outlined by professional organizations and state laws.
