Responsibilities Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical abilities and needs. Develop personalized treatment plans to address individual rehabilitation goals. Requirements Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist. Experience in home health or outpatient settings preferred. Strong knowledge of physiology and rehabilitation techniques.
