Qualifications and Desired Experience:
Active Physical Therapist license Experience in outpatient general orthopedics strongly preferred Solid understanding of therapeutic techniques for diverse musculoskeletal conditions Proficiency with EMR platforms, especially Pronto, is an asset Strong communication skills with the ability to build direct rapport during concise 10-minute one-on-one sessions Collaborative mindset, eager to contribute within an interdisciplinary team
Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality, patient-centered therapy to a diverse outpatient caseload Develop and implement individualized care plans, monitoring progress and adjusting strategies as needed Document sessions and clinical information accurately using EMR Pronto Educate patients and their families on exercises, rehabilitation strategies, and ongoing wellness Collaborate with fellow therapists and healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and continuous care This position offers a competitive compensation structure, with pay between $85,000 and $105,000 annually.
