Responsibilities:

Evaluate patients' physical conditions and develop individualized treatment plans. Implement therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and other rehabilitation techniques. Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed. Educate patients and families on therapeutic exercises and injury prevention. Maintain accurate patient documentation in accordance with facility policies. Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care.
