ABOUT BD PHYSICAL THERAPY BD
Physical Therapy is part of a multi-disciplinary medical group offering physical therapy, chiropractic and massage therapy in one location. We have been serving the local community for over 44 years. We are a family-owned, small business that serves multi-generations of families on a personalized level. We are NOT a franchise, a group affiliate, hospital owned or part of any national chain. There are no productivity quotas or numbers for you to meet. We do not use any software or billing metrics to gauge your performance and patient volume. There are no scripts or speeches required to drive up patient numbers. You get to use your judgment and your treatment methods for your patients. You also get to work together and learn treatment methods from our other physical therapists at our clinic. Post-grad education you wish to explore is paid for and new techniques you wish to bring to the floor are encouraged. You also have the freedom of referring outside of the office to other specialists when needed. Having been established for so long we have developed a large referral base of patients from all age groups and varied injuries making treatment of them engaging and different on a daily basis. One of our largest referral groups comes from a Neurosurgical office which refers to us complex patients requiring multi-disciplinary treatment. You may find these patient cases challenging, and you will receive tremendous appreciation when these patients start to heal under your care. Quality of life is more important than money and the environment at our clinic is a testament to that. For years the staff have told me that this is their favorite facility that they have ever worked at. Even after therapists have moved to raise families or startup other adventures, they continue to come to our clinic to visit with patients and staff, and attend our office outings. Our family environment has developed lifelong friendships of patients and staff that carry out of the office.
