The Role We are seeking a MA-licensed Physical Therapist who is passionate about orthopedic recovery and health promotion. You will manage a diverse caseload ranging from post-surgical rehab to athletic performance and chronic pain management.

Responsibilities Comprehensive Evaluations:

Conduct 60-minute initial evaluations to identify root causes of dysfunction, not just symptoms.

Evidence-Based Treatment:

Design and implement personalized plans of care utilizing manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and patient education.

Documentation:

Maintain concise, timely electronic documentation that reflects the necessity of skilled care.

Collaboration:

Work closely with a small, tight-knit team of therapist and local referring physicians to ensure seamless patient transitions.

Community Engagement:

Occasionally participate in local workshops or "ask the PT" events to grow your personal brand and the clinic's presence.

Qualifications Education:

Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.

Experience:

1-2 years of outpatient experience preferred, but motivated new graduates with strong orthopedic clinical rotations are encouraged to apply.

Skillset:

Proficiency in manual therapy (joint mobs, soft tissue work) and a solid understanding of biomechanics.

Soft Skills:

You must be a "people person." In a small clinic, your personality is just as important as your clinical skills.

From $85,000.00 per year
