Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree required; Master's or Doctorate preferred Active PT license in the state of Massachusetts Previous skilled nursing or long-term care experience required Basic Life Support (BLS) certification preferred Outstanding verbal, written, and presentation skills Proficient in Microsoft Office and electronic documentation Collaborative, analytical, and compassionate care approach Able to lift up to 50 pounds (with assistance as needed)Duties & Responsibilities:
Perform evaluations and develop individualized therapy plans Provide therapeutic interventions per physician orders and department protocols Consult and collaborate with residents, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams Maintain timely and accurate documentation within the electronic medical record Educate residents and caregivers on therapy goals and assistive devices Supervise assistant-level staff and mentor new team members Adhere to compliance, safety, and infection control standards Participate in quality improvement, training, and ongoing educationBenefits & Perks:
