Key Qualifications:

Current licensure as a Physical Therapist Experience in a school-based setting preferred Comfort working in an environment serving deaf and hard-of-hearing students Ability to communicate professionally and compassionately with students, staff, and families Flexibility, adaptability, and strong organizational skills

Role Responsibilities:

Deliver high-quality, direct physical therapy services on campus to three students Develop and implement individualized therapy plans to support student mobility, gross motor skills, and classroom participation Collaborate closely with educators and support staff to optimize each students outcomes Document progress and communicate effectively with IEP teams and family members Adapt therapeutic activities to meet each student's unique needs
