PHYSICAL THERAPIST
(PT) - Full Time Sports & Spine Physical Therapy and Balance Uxbridge, MA Sports & Spine Physical Therapy and Balance is a busy, growing independent outpatient practice seeking a Physical Therapist to join our team. Due to continued growth and patient demand, we are expanding our clinical staff. The successful candidate will step into an immediate caseload supported by strong physician and community referral relationships. Our clinic is currently transitioning back to independent ownership and entering an exciting new phase of growth. This is a unique opportunity to join an established practice, make a meaningful impact on the lives of your patients, and help shape the future of a thriving local healthcare business. Our therapists enjoy a diverse caseload including orthopedic, sports medicine, vestibular, balance, and neurological rehabilitation while practicing in an environment focused on patient outcomes—not productivity quotas. - Evaluate and treat orthopedic, musculoskeletal, vestibular, balance, and neurological conditions
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals
- Provide hands-on care, therapeutic exercise, and patient education
- Collaborate with physicians and referral sources
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation Ideal Candidate
- Licensed Physical Therapist (or eligible for licensure) in Massachusetts
- Strong orthopedic assessment and treatment skills
- Vestibular and neurological experience preferred, but not required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, compassionate, and team-oriented
- Passionate about delivering exceptional patient care
