Physical Therapist (1:1 Care) - Sports & Ortho Train Boston - MetroWest Full-Time or Per Diem Train Boston is MetroWest's leading physical therapy-based sports training center. We're looking for a licensed PT who wants true 1:1 patient care, clinical autonomy, and a collaborative sports-performance environment. We are a small business physical therapy practice built on a concierge model of care. Our growth is driven by word-of-mouth referrals between friends, family and neighbors who love the results and the experience. What You'll Get 100% one-on-one care (no double booking, no aides) 60-min evaluations / 30-min follow-ups Documentation time built into schedule Supportive work environment with weekly mentorship & case reviews Clinical autonomy from eval to discharge Annual continuing education allowance 401(k) with match Quarterly bonus opportunities Flexible schedule (4x10s or 5x8s) No weekends, no late Fridays Work in a 10,000 sq ft sports performance facility featuring turf rooms, strength & power space, dedicated PT area, and full locker rooms. Who We're Looking For Licensed Massachusetts Physical Therapist (required) 1-2+ years outpatient ortho/sports preferred Strong new grads welcome Strong manual therapy skills Passionate, energetic, team-oriented Compensation (Based on experience) Full-Time or flexible Per Diem options available.
