Compensation:

$50-$60 per hour (based on experience) About the Position Alternatives in Physical Therapy is a small, patient-centered private practice seeking an experienced and motivated Full or Part-Time Physical Therapist to join our team and potentially become a partner in the practice . We emphasize high-quality, one-on-one patient care , individualized treatment planning, and evidence-based rehabilitation. This role is ideal for a seasoned clinician who enjoys working independently, applying strong clinical reasoning, and delivering hands-on care in a personalized outpatient setting. Key Responsibilities Evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic and neurological diagnoses in an outpatient setting Provide one-on-one treatment sessions lasting 45-60 minutes Develop and implement individualized therapeutic exercise and rehabilitation programs Apply skilled manual therapy techniques as appropriate Create and manage treatment plans and supervise Physical Therapy Assistants (PTAs) Monitor patient progress and adjust plans of care to optimize outcomes Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Collaborate with referring providers and maintain professional communication with patients and team members Qualifications Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) in Massachusetts Minimum 3 years of clinical experience in outpatient physical therapy Strong background in manual therapy and therapeutic exercise prescription Experience treating orthopedic and neurological conditions Ability to work independently with excellent clinical decision-making skills Experience directing and managing PTA treatment plans Strong communication and patient education skills Commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care Preferred Attributes Highly organized and self-motivated Comfortable practicing in a low-volume, high-quality care model Passion for individualized treatment rather than high patient turnover Interest in long-term patient outcomes and functional recovery What We Offer Potential to become a practice partner Competitive hourly rate: $50-$60/hour Flexible full or part-time schedule (15- 40 hours/week) One-on-one patient care model Supportive, small-practice environment focused on clinical excellence Opportunity to practice with clinical autonomy and professional respect How to Apply Please send your resume and a brief introduction outlining your experience and interest in the position to: alternativesinphysicaltherapy@gmail.com Or call Tom Bianco PT at 413-279-4492 to set up an interview Alternatives in Physical Therapy is committed to providing high-quality rehabilitation care in a supportive and collaborative environment.
