FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers in Wilbraham, MA is seeking a Full-Time Physical Therapist to join our growing outpatient practice. This position offers a unique and rewarding caseload consisting of approximately 60% balance and vestibular rehabilitation and 40% orthopedic care , giving you the opportunity to develop specialized skills in one of the fastest-growing areas of physical therapy. What You'll Do Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans. Deliver evidence-based care for orthopedic, vestibular, neurological, balance, and geriatric conditions. Help patients improve balance, mobility, strength, confidence, and overall function. Utilize advanced rehabilitation technology, including vestibular goggles, overhead safety support systems, and Normatec Recovery systems. Educate patients and caregivers to promote long-term independence and successful outcomes. Complete timely documentation using Prompt EMR with AI-assisted tools that streamline clinical workflows. Collaborate with fellow therapists and support staff to deliver an outstanding patient experience. Participate in community outreach, wellness programs, and fall-prevention initiatives. Qualifications Current Massachusetts Physical Therapist license (or license eligibility). Graduate of an accredited Doctor of Physical Therapy program. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Outpatient experience is preferred, but enthusiastic new graduates are encouraged to apply.
