Qualifications and Experience:

Masters degree in Physical Therapy required Current license to practice as a Physical Therapist Previous experience in a pediatric or school-based setting greatly preferred Strong communication and collaboration skills with children, families, and educational teams Ability to assess, develop, and implement individualized therapeutic strategies Comfortable adapting to new environments and roles as a traveling professional

Primary Responsibilities:

Conduct assessments and design personalized care plans for students Deliver direct therapy services to help students reach their mobility and developmental goals Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure student success Document progress and adjust therapy plans as needed Educate school staff and families on best practices for supporting students physical needs Maintain accurate records and compliance with all regulatory guidelines
