Key Qualifications:

Active Physical Therapist license for Maryland (MD PT License required) Experience or strong interest in providing PT services to students in a K-12 educational environment Skilled in assessments, developing IEP goals, and delivering individualized interventions Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation abilities Flexibility to adapt to diverse student needs and varying daily tasks

Role Responsibilities:

Provide direct physical therapy services to a part-time caseload of K-12 students Conduct screenings, evaluations, and document student progress Collaborate with teachers, school teams, and families to tailor functional goals and strategies Participate in the development and implementation of Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) Monitor and adapt interventions to support students academic participation and mobility Serve as an advocate for student access and inclusion within the educational setting This contract runs from August 10th, 2026, through June 17th, 2027, with a flexible weekly commitment of 2025 hours.
