Desired Qualifications:

Current and valid Physical Therapist license for the state of Maryland Prior experience in a school-based or pediatric setting is strongly preferred Ability to work effectively with students ranging from kindergarten through 12th grade Excellent communication and organizational skills Commitment to fostering a supportive and inclusive school climate

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized physical therapy plans for students based on IEP goals and teacher input Collaborate with educators, parents, and school staff to integrate therapy into classroom activities and daily routines Document and maintain accurate records in accordance with school and state protocols Provide guidance and support to staff regarding adaptive equipment and mobility needs Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student progress reviews
