Job Description:
Greenbelt Physical Therapy & Sports Medicine is seeking a full-time, skilled, and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate is passionate about helping patients recover from injuries, improve mobility, and manage pain through evidence-based care. In this full-time role, you will develop individualized treatment plans, provide hands-on therapeutic interventions, and educate patients on exercises and self-care techniques to support their long-term recovery and wellness. We offer opportunities with up to $10,000 in incentives, including a sign-on bonus for eligible candidates.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Evaluate and assess patients' physical conditions and develop personalized treatment plans. Provide hands-on therapy, including manual therapy techniques and therapeutic exercises. Educate patients on proper exercise techniques, injury prevention, and pain management. Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation. Stay current with the latest research and advancements in physical therapy.
Qualifications:
Physical Therapy (PT) degree from an accredited institution. Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist in Maryland. Strong clinical skills with a focus on manual therapy and therapeutic exercise. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Commitment to providing high-quality patient care.
Pay:
$115,000.00 - $135,000.00 per year
