At CAM Physical Therapy, you'll work Monday-Friday with no weekends, document your notes the same day using our AI-powered EMR, and have a real path to Senior PT or Clinic Manager roles as we continue to grow across our 6 Maryland locations. We're a team of PTs, PTAs, and OTs who've been serving the DMV area since 2003, specializing in outpatient and workers' compensation rehab. We're hiring for our Hyattsville clinic — full-time and part-time both available.
New grads:
You'll be paired with an experienced clinician from day one and go through a structured mentorship program as you transition into practice. No prior experience required.

Evaluate patients and build individualized treatment plans Deliver hands-on care — manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, functional training Collaborate with PTAs, OTs, and the broader care team on patient cases Document progress and outcomes in real time Support smooth day-to-day clinic operations as needed
REQUIREMENTS
Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from a CAPTE-accredited program Maryland PT license, or eligibility for licensure (new grads welcome) Strong communication skills and a patient-first approach Comfortable working as part of a collaborative clinical team Outpatient or workers' comp experience is a plus, but not required.
