Category Schools - PT Job Type Contract Make a meaningful impact supporting young children and families as a Physical Therapist specializing in schools. This full-time contract opportunity focuses on serving an infant and toddler caseload at the district office, with a start date as soon as possible and continuing through July 1, 2027. You'll play a key role in early intervention, working collaboratively with educators and families to help each child reach important physical development milestones.
Qualifications and Preferred Experience:
Current and active Physical Therapist license in Maryland (MD PT License required) Experience with pediatric populations, preferably in a school, early intervention, or similar environment Familiarity with developing and implementing Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs) or similar care plans for infants and toddlers Strong interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with families and multidisciplinary teams Ability to document and track progress using electronic records
Key Responsibilities:
