Full-Time Physical Therapist TherAnnu Restorative Spa — Odenton, Maryland TherAnnu is looking for a full-time Physical Therapist who wants to practice differently. This is not a high-volume, insurance-driven clinic. TherAnnu is a restorative wellness spa where physical therapy, manual therapy, dry needling, massage, stretch therapy, recovery services, and wellness memberships come together under one brand. We are looking for a skilled, personable PT who wants to help build something meaningful at our new Odenton location. The ideal candidate is a strong manual therapist who enjoys hands-on care, values clinical autonomy, and understands that people are looking for more than a quick exercise sheet. Our clients come to TherAnnu because they want to feel better, move better, recover better, and be guided by providers who truly listen. About the Role The Physical Therapist will provide one-on-one evaluation and treatment for clients with orthopedic, musculoskeletal, pain, mobility, and performance-related concerns. This position is ideal for a PT who appreciates the value of skilled manual therapy, individualized care, and a wellness-focused environment. You will have the opportunity to work with clients outside the limitations of traditional insurance-based care while collaborating with a team of massage therapists, stretch providers, wellness staff, and spa leadership. What Makes This Position Different At TherAnnu, physical therapy is not treated as a separate, clinical afterthought. It is part of a larger restorative wellness model. You will be able to combine your clinical expertise with services and tools that support recovery and whole-body wellness, including infrared sauna, cryotherapy, compression therapy, red light therapy, BioMat, massage, stretch therapy, and other restorative services. This is a strong fit for a PT who wants to: Spend meaningful one-on-one time with clients Use manual therapy as a core part of treatment Work in a calm, beautiful, wellness-centered environment Help clients bridge the gap between pain relief, recovery, and long-term wellness Be part of a growing brand with a strong mission and future opportunity Practice in a setting that feels elevated, personal, and client-centered Responsibilities The Physical Therapist will be responsible for: Performing initial evaluations and follow-up treatment sessions Providing skilled manual therapy and individualized therapeutic exercise Developing treatment plans based on client goals, impairments, and functional needs Performing dry needling if certified, or pursuing dry needling training if not yet certified Educating clients on movement, recovery, pain management, and self-care strategies Recommending appropriate TherAnnu services, packages, and wellness options when clinically appropriate Collaborating with massage therapists, stretch providers, and other team members to support the client experience Maintaining accurate and timely documentation Helping establish physical therapy as a strong service line at the Odenton location Representing the TherAnnu brand with professionalism, warmth, and clinical excellence Ideal Candidate We are looking for someone who: Has strong manual therapy skills Enjoys hands-on, one-on-one patient care Is certified in dry needling or willing to become certified Has an interest in restorative wellness, recovery, and integrative care Communicates clearly and confidently with clients Can build trust and long-term client relationships Is comfortable working in a cash-based / out-of-network environment Feels aligned with a more thoughtful, elevated approach to care and is excited to be part of building it Is professional, dependable, warm, and team-oriented Wants more than a traditional PT job Requirements Current Maryland Physical Therapist license, or eligibility for Maryland licensure Strong orthopedic and musculoskeletal evaluation skills Manual therapy experience Dry needling certification preferred, but not required if willing to train Excellent communication and documentation skills Interest in wellness, recovery, and client-centered care Preferred Experience Manual therapy-focused outpatient orthopedics Dry needling Sports, spine, chronic pain, postural, or mobility-related treatment Cash-based, concierge, wellness, or hybrid care models Collaboration with massage therapy, wellness, or recovery services Compensation and Schedule This is a full-time position at TherAnnu's new Odenton location. Pay:
$90,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
