As our Physical Therapy Director, you'll have the opportunity to: Lead, mentor, and inspire an outstanding therapy team Help shape the future direction of the organization Build innovative clinical programs Develop future clinical leaders Collaborate with a supportive and engaged leadership team Make a meaningful impact on both patients and staff every day What You'll Do Provide leadership and support to our therapy team Foster a culture of positivity, collaboration, accountability, and growth Mentor therapists and help develop future leaders Support clinical excellence and outstanding patient experiences Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and staff development Participate in strategic planning and organizational growth initiatives Help launch and expand innovative programs and services Maintain a limited clinical caseload while remaining connected to patient care What We're Looking For Licensed Physical Therapist Leadership experience preferred Strong communication and team-building skills Growth mindset with a passion for mentorship and development Desire to build something meaningful and lasting Compensation & Benefits We believe great leaders should be rewarded for helping both patients and the organization succeed.
