Physical Therapist
Job TitlePhysical TherapistLocationPasadena, MD | OutpatientSchedule / Job TypeContract | Full-Time | Days | 5 x 8-hour shifts, 40 hours per week | OnsiteKey Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy evaluation and treatment services to adult, adolescent, and geriatric patient populations
- Manage a caseload of approximately 11-12 visits per day (55 visits per week), utilizing productivity tracking tools
- Perform Fall Risk Assessments and other applicable evaluation and assessment methods
- orthopedic clinical skills across a broad range of diagnoses including but not limited to back pain, rotator cuff conditions, total joint replacement, disc herniation, and osteoarthritis
- Participate in case management, group/concurrent therapy, and caseload screening and building activities
- Document patient care using NextGen EHR
Required Qualifications - Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of Maryland or eligibility to obtain
- Minimum of 1 year of physical therapy experience
- Proficiency or ability to learn NextGen EHR documentation system
- Ability to meet productivity expectations of 11-12 visits per day
Preferred Experience / Skills - Experience treating a wide range of orthopedic conditions including post-operative care, sports injuries, and chronic musculoskeletal conditions
- Familiarity with group/concurrent therapy models and caseload management
- Experience conducting Fall Risk Assessments in an outpatient setting
- Background working with adult, adolescent, and geriatric populations
