Perform comprehensive evaluations and reassessments. Develop individualized treatment plans. Provide manual therapy and therapeutic exercise. Educate patients and caregivers. Complete documentation in a timely manner. Communicate with physicians, nurse practitioners, and case managers. Qualifications Must be willing to travel throughout our service area Current Physical Therapist license in the State of Maryland. Graduation from a program approved by the American Physical Therapy Association or the Committee on Allied Health Education. CPR Certification Valid driver's license Automobile Insurance Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to patients' homes. Solid computer skills; prior experience with electronic medical records (EMR) preferred Schedule Flexible scheduling - you choose your availability. Typical caseload based on your desired weekly visit volume. Opportunities to grow your caseload over time. Weekend visits available but not required.
