Job Description

Physical Therapist (PT) -

Outpatient Orthopedics Location:

Sykesville, MD Job Type:

Full-Time Key Responsibilities Provide individualized physical therapy evaluations and treatment plans. Treat a variety of orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions. Provide care for patients with hEDS and other specialized needs. Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans based on clinical findings. Collaborate with other PTs and PTAs to support positive patient outcomes. Use sound clinical judgment and evidence-based treatment approaches. Educate patients on exercises, recovery, injury prevention, and long-term wellness. Maintain accurate clinical documentation and follow applicable standards of care. Qualifications Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program. Current or eligible Maryland Physical Therapy license. Strong clinical reasoning and communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. New graduates are welcome to apply. Preferred Clinical Experience Experience or interest in any of the following is a plus: Dry needling BPPV / vertigo Vestibular and balance rehabilitation Fall prevention Low back pain Pre- and post-operative rehabilitation Concussion management Orthopedic rehabilitation Experience with hEDS is not required. Training and structured mentorship are available. Compensation & Benefits Competative salary, depending on experience.
