Qualifications:
Master's or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution Active Physical Therapist license issued by the State Board of Physical Therapy Previous school-based or pediatric experience preferred, but dedicated new graduates are welcome Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to adapt to diverse student needs and collaborate as part of an interdisciplinary team
Responsibilities:
Conduct assessments and develop customized treatment plans for students Deliver direct therapy services in accordance with IEPs and student needs Document therapy sessions, progress, and updates according to school protocols Consult regularly with teachers, parents, and support staff to ensure optimal student outcomes Participate in IEP meetings and contribute therapy-related recommendations Maintain compliance with school district and federal regulations In this role, you'll enjoy hands-on support from a dedicated recruiter who guides you through every stage of your assignment.
