Absolute Home Health & Hospice is hiring a Physicial Therapist- $2500 Sign-on Bonus in Grand Blanc, MI. This is a full-time position. Absolute Home Health and Hospice is hiring full-time Physical Therapist for our Lapeer County area. This position is a wonderful option to work for an absolutely great organization. To enhance patient care, improve efficiency, and reduce administrative burden, Absolute Home Health and Hospice has implemented use of artificial intelligence (AI) technology to assist our field clinicians with clinical OASIS documentation. AI serves as a documentation support tool by helping organize and summarize clinical information based on the documentation provided by the clinician. It is designed to allow clinicians to spend more time focused on providing quality patient care while improving the accuracy and consistency of documentation.
RESPONSIBILITIES
As a physical Therapist, you will be responsible for responding to routine and critical situations providing skilled therapy assessments, and supportive care for Home Care Patients. Ensuring medical orders are transcribed and processed accurately Competence in evaluation of patient needs Promoting continuous quality improvement Teaching and counseling patients/families Timely and accurate documentation Requirements Graduate of an approved Physical Therapy Program/School Active MI PT License Must possess a valid Driver's License and acceptable driving record Valid CPR Card Preferred At least 1 year Physical Therapy experience At least 1 year Home Health experience
