Key Qualifications:

Current and valid Physical Therapist (PT) licensure Experience providing PT services to children or youth (school-based experience is a plus) Strong knowledge of therapy assessment tools and treatment interventions Ability to work effectively on an interdisciplinary team Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills

Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive evaluations to determine students therapy needs Develop and implement individualized therapy plans Provide direct interventions to support mobility, motor skills, and safe access to the school environment Collaborate with teachers, staff, and parents to promote student goals Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes Participate in IEP meetings and interdisciplinary planning as needed
