Holland/Lakeshore Schedule & Location:

Sign-on Bonus Days:
Full & Part-time positions available
Shift:
Day shift (8 AM - 5 PM)
Weekend Rotation:
Every 7-8 weekends, no on-call
Territory:
Holland /Lakeshore Atrio Home Care, a trusted partnership between Holland Home, Brio and Resthaven, is seeking a compassionate and motivated Physical Therapist to join our Holland/Lakeshore team , serving clients within a 40 mile radius. This role offers the perfect blend of autonomy, flexibility, and purpose—ideal for someone who values personalized care and work-life balance. We are currently have full and part time opportunities available.
What You'll Do:
Provide one-on-one in-home physical therapy services Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members Help clients regain mobility, strength, and independence Document progress and support discharge planning Educate clients, caregivers and families, on therapy goals and techniques
Compensation & Perks:
Now offering a $5,000 Sign On Bonus Pay-for-activity model with weekend/holiday differentials

What You Bring:
Master's degree in Physical Therapy (required) Michigan PT license (required) 1+ year of PT experience (home health preferred) Geriatric experience highly valued Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and auto insurance Why Atrio?
