We are seeking a physical therapist with 3 to 5 years of clinical experience who brings a strong passion for sports medicine patient populations and the confidence to step into a clinic leadership role right away. This role is based in Iron Mountain and includes a 3-year commitment to the clinic, with the expectation that the selected candidate will help build and strengthen the culture for the long term. As part of our therapy team, you'll join a network of rehabilitation professionals providing care across multiple specialties and settings, including (Not all of these are located within Emplify Health by Bellin's Iron Mountain Clinic): Outpatient orthopedics in primary care and specialty clinics Outpatient neurology Outpatient pediatrics Hospital-based rehabilitation Home health Employer-based clinics We foster a culture where therapists have the opportunity to lead, influence practice, and contribute to strategic initiatives while remaining closely connected to patient care. Therapists at Emplify Health by Bellin enjoy an autonomous practice model with one-on-one patient care and 60-minute evaluations, allowing for meaningful patient relationships and high-quality outcomes. Through close collaboration with primary care providers, orthopedic and specialty physicians, athletic trainers, strength coaches, and other rehabilitation professionals, our therapists play a vital role in delivering comprehensive, coordinated care. This position also includes traditional clinical education through Bellin College MSK series and our annual continuing education offerings, along with leadership training and dedicated time to support professional growth.
