What You'll Do Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans Provide skilled physical therapy services to help patients improve mobility, strength, balance, and independence Document patient progress and treatment according to professional standards Collaborate with nursing, therapy, and other members of the care team Provide compassionate, patient-centered care What We're Looking For Current Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of Michigan Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program Strong communication and organizational skills Reliable and compassionate approach to patient care Previous experience in a skilled nursing or post-acute setting is helpful, but not required Why Concept Rehab?
