Physical Therapist Full Job Description:
Are you passionate about providing high-quality, patient-centered care? Are you burnt out from seeing 2, 3 or even 4 patients an hour? Are you seeking a clinic that will invest in your growth as a clinician? At Project Movement, we are committed to seeing each patient 1-on-1 for an entire hour. This patient-focused time allows us to find the root cause of our patients' symptoms and provide individualized, evidence-based care. We not only help patients with injuries and pain, but we promote a culture of physical activity with wellness, strength and fitness services for any individual. We are looking for a compassionate, motivated physical therapist to join our team. Responsibilities:
Evaluate and treat patients with physical injuries or conditions Develop individualized treatment plans and goals Provide 1-on-1 physical therapy Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and preventive care Document patient progress and maintain accurate medical records
Qualifications:
Accredited PT program graduate Valid Michigan PT license in good standing CPR certification (or willingness to obtain) Strong orthopedic skills Physical demands include extensive standing, walking, lifting, and carrying up to 50 lbs
Pay:
$37.00 - $45.00 per hour
